Dunn, as AMH Litigation Trustee of the AMH Litigation Trust for Debtors Alta Mesa Resources, inc. et al brings a complaint to avoid and recover transfers worth $1.4 Million from GR Wireline, L.P as “preferences and fraudulent conveyances”. The Debtors’ financial difficulties that led to the decision to file for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection are attributable to a combination of factors, all of which placed significant stress on the Debtors’ liquidity position in the months leading up to the petition date.

The case is In re Alta Mesa Resources, Inc. jointly administered under Case No. 19-35133 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for Southern District of Texas. Honorable Judge Marvin Isgur is overseeing the Debtors’ bankruptcy case.
