October 13, 2021, Southern District of New York – Plaintiff Tracy L. Klestadt, in his capacity as the Plan Administrator of Choxi.com, Inc. a/k/a Nomorerack.com, Inc., sued multiple defendants, including Jclub, Inc., N.D. Gems Inc., 9th LLC, Lucent Jewelers, Inc., 32 Group Holding Company LLC, and many other individual defendants for alleged breach of license agreement, corporate guaranty agreement, and stock sales agreement. Additionally, Plaintiff seeks judgment against the individual defendants in their respective capacities as officers and directors or control persons of Jclub.

Specifically, the Plaintiff seeks judgment against the Defendants for royalty payments allegedly due or to come due through the end of the term of the license agreement for an amount of $1,680,000, plus interest, costs, and expenses, as well as a judgment against the individual defendants based on their alleged breach of fiduciary duties.
