April 19, 2021, District of Delaware – Trustee George L. Miller, for the bankruptcy estate of Diversified Mercury Communications, LLC (“DMC”) and DTR Advertising, Inc. (“DTR” and, together with DMC, the “Debtors” or “Mercury Media”) initiates fourteen (14) adversary proceedings against several defendants for “turn over of property” 11 U.S.C. §§ 105(a); 542(b)) of the Bankruptcy Code. The Trustee also brings a “breach of contract” and “quantum meruit” claims against several defendants.
