Clawback Suits Begin in MNM Auto Inc.

September 25, 2021, Central District of California – Plaintiff Trustee Larry D. Simons, for the bankruptcy estate of Debtor MNM Auto Inc., charges about six (6) creditors with clawback lawsuits and seeks to recover alleged preferential transfers worth $92k under Sec. 547 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Two years ago, on September 26, 2019, the Debtor filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. Honorable Judge Scott H. Yun is overseeing the Debtor’s bankruptcy case.
