CBL Management Demands $1M From D’Iberville Promenade


October 28, 2021, Southern District of Texas – CBL & Associates Management, Inc., CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., CBL Holdings I, Inc., and CBL & Associates, L.P. (“Plaintiff”) commences an adversary proceeding complaint against D’Iberville Promenade, LLC. The complaint alleges that Defendant “failed to meet its payment obligations” under the terms of “loan documents”, and as a result of the default, Plaintiff is entitled to a judgment against Defendant for all unpaid principal and interest due and owing thereunder. Accordingly, CBL Management demands judgment against Defendant in the principal amount of $1,100,000.00 plus interest.
