May 3, 2021, Middle District of Florida – Earlier this month, Bankruptcy Judge Roberta A. Colton approved Donald J. Schroeder and Deirdre C. Schroeder’s (the “Debtors”) application pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §327(A) and Fed. R. Bankr. P.2014, for employment of James Post and Smith Hulsey& Busey as Special Counsel in the Debtors’ bankruptcy case.
On March 25, the Debtors commenced the bankruptcy case by filing a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. On the same day, the Debtors had also filed a motion for approval of the appointment of James Post and Smith Hulsey& Busey as their Special Counsel.
