September 30, 2021, District of Delaware – Trustee George L. Miller for the bankruptcy state of J & M Sales, Inc. moves the Court for summary judgment against Defendant One Step Up, Ltd under Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7056.
Earlier, on January 22, 2020, the Trustee had brought an adversary proceeding against One Step Up to recover transfers worth $1,603,963.42 as “preference transfers”. Through its motion, the Trustee requests the Court to enter an order granting his motion in its entirety and enter judgment in his favor in the principal amount of $1,510,885.43, plus prejudgment interest from the date of the filing of the complaint.
