May 13, 2021, District of Kansas – Plaintiff Trustee James A. Overcash for the bankruptcy estate of Joy’s Majestic Paradise, Inc. recently indicts Rojana Enterprises, Inc. (“REI”) according to sections 502, 548, and 550 of Bankruptcy Code in Pinnacle Regional Hospital, Inc., et al’s bankruptcy case.

Allegedly, one of the Debtors “made two real estate transfers to REI within two years of filing the bankruptcy petition”. The Trustee also argues that any claims held by REI against the Debtors’ bankruptcy estates “be disallowed” according to § 502(d) of the Bankruptcy Code “unless and until the two real estates or the value of the real estates is returned to the Trustee”.

The case is In re Pinnacle Regional Hospital, Inc. et al in the United States Bankruptcy Court for District of Kansas, Adversary Proceeding Number: 21- 06019
