High Mesa Trustee Initiates Clawback Actions

October 5, 2021, Southern District of Texas – Trustee Christopher R. Murray for the bankruptcy estate of Debtor High Mesa, Inc., et al initiated about six lawsuits to avoid and recover approximately $100K as preferential transfers and also seeks to disallow any claims held by the creditors.

Dnow L.P, Big D’S Seafood Inc, Atc Group Services LLC, D&D Divers, Inc., Master Valve & Wellhead Service, Inc., Atchafalaya Measurement Inc. are the six creditors against whom the Trustee has initiated adversary proceedings.

Before the Petition Date, the Debtors were generally engaged in the acquisition, development, and operation of oil and gas leases and facilities in numerous states, including Idaho, Texas, Florida, and Louisiana. Honorable Christopher R. Murray is overseeing the Debtors case. The law firm of Daniels & Tredennick, PLLC is representing the Trustee. The case is In re High Mesa, Inc., et al., Case No. 20-30602.
