January 20, 2021, Middle District of North Carolina – Last week, Healogics WoundCare, Pelham Transportation Corporation, Versalus Health LLC transferred their claims worth $68,958.89, $12,475.00, $53,484.00 respectively in Randolph Hospital, Inc. bankruptcy, to an investment firm.  

CRG specializes in purchasing all levels of debt in chapter 11 and chapter 7 cases, including trade receivables from vendors and service providers. On March 6, 2020, Randolph Hospital, Inc. d/b/a Randolph Health and two (2) affiliated companies filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The Debtors’ cases have been assigned to Judge Lena M. James. The Debtors’ cases have been jointly administered for procedural purposes, meaning that all pleadings will be maintained on the case docket for Randolph Hospital, Inc. d/b/a Randolph Health, Case No. 20-10247
