Argo Partners Acquire Claims Over $100M in An Artificial Intelligence Chip Designer’s Bankruptcy Case

June 15, 2021, Northern District of California – Several creditors including Recurrent Technologies, Inc., All Bay Paint, Inc., Pacific West Security, Inc., Frank Rimerman & Co LLP recently filed transfer agreements 3001(e)1 with the United States Bankruptcy Court for Northern District of California, recording assignment of their claims against an artificial intelligence chip start-up Wave Computing Inc. to a New York City investment firm that specializes in bankruptcy claims, insurance, liquidation, et al.

Argo Partners acquired claims over $100 million from these creditors. Wave Computing Inc. filed for bankruptcy last year in May 2020. Honorable Judge M. Elaine Hammond is presiding over the Debtor’s bankruptcy case. The case is In re Wave Computing, Inc. at al, (Case No. – 20-50682-MEH)
